Career Consultants provide a dedicated, more private service with a range of additional
supports for more senior people. Central to this is a close one-to-one relationship
with a senior consultant where significant time is allocated to exploring options
as well as searching the unadvertised jobs market.
Group Programme
Career Consultants work with organisations to tailor our group outplacement programme
and involves one consultant with up to twelve participants in a one day workshop
setting.
Participants are guided through the following:

- Preparing an impressive CV
- Networking
- Self-Marketing
- Interview Techniques.
Group Plus Programme
Our Group Plus programme involves a one day group workshop followed by an opportunity
for individual consultations. Organisations can offer additional hourly consultations
to individuals to ensure specific issues that cannot be addressed in a group setting
get the support they need in order to move on.
Individual Programme
An individual programmes start with an initial consultation meeting. That meeting
determines the content and structure of an individual programme.
Our approach to career transition support is based on delivering clear specific
outcomes to help you find the job that is the “right fit”.
Everyone participating in an individual programme at Career Consultants is assigned
a dedicated consultant who is backed up by a panel of Career Coaches, Business and
Life Coaches, HR Specialists, Psychometric Practitioners and Entrepreneurs. Individual
programmes are typically delivered through one-to-one meetings in our offices.
We work with you to develop a personal marketing plan, provide career guidance in
determining career direction and prepare to find the “best fit” opportunities for
the future.
